My stay was for two nights, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Room City View with One King Bed, which had a great view. The reception staff were really good. Raouf, Afzal, and Chelle went above and beyond. The pool was nice and offered a relaxing spot, even though I had hoped for earlier opening hours given the heat. I appreciated how clean everything was, and the overall helpfulness of the team.

The hotel was situated in the remote location near Abu Dhabi airport. Some of the staff members were outstandingly accommodating.

Ambient and the Excellent recreational facilities which really helped to otherwise engage myself while doing business.
May be location, which was ca. 37km from Abu Dhabi Centre. Apart from that Excellent Hotel. The concierge could need to step up a little bit.

My stay was very lovely for a good memorable vacation. Overall it was well-appointed and airy on top of the wooden board behind the bed. This hotel was set in a remote area short walk to Millennium Central Mafraq, away from the hustle of the traffic, a mall and Abu Dhabi for a business.

Far from the city and we can relax more, though the location is too far for the commuters.

The pillows
its a fair bit away from airport then advertised , mini bar is lockd u have to pay a deposit for the key there was hair from all areas of a body on the bathroom floor and a decent amount of dust on the inside of floor by the balcony for four star I would expect more and u have to pay to use the pool . Staff were helpfull and considerate but overall would not choose to stay there again.

The room is neat, clean and very spacious, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The rate is ok but suggest to offer special rates since we have only checked in for an overnight sleep due to power shortage in our flat in Mohamed Bin Zayed City. We checked in at around 9:20pm and checked out at around 7:30am. Maybe if the price offered would be lesser since the # of hours stay is less than 24 hours, that would be awesome and would definitely book or consider our Dubai and Alain clients (Doctors and Nurses) for Abudhabi Medical Congress or future events and conferences that will be held in AUH.
The SPA. The massage therapist should also be a lady for ladies who want to go for a spa. Plus the service hours is cut to 9pm. We came after the duty hours so we were not able to avail the spa service :(
